Warranty

The marketing page at /our-1-year-warranty/ already states coverage and exclusions and is a starting point — but it does not document the claim process, and marketing copy is not contract terms. The binding version has to come from the owner.

Governing Law

DECIDED by the owner (2026-08-31): North Carolina law governs — that is where the company is located. Still to be filled in by whoever drafts this: the specific county and venue where disputes are heard. Context for the drafter, not an open question: CGA also holds an SC license (#118110) and performs work in South Carolina, so counsel should confirm how the NC choice applies to work performed there.
Changes
